You may return products you purchased and request either their change with another product or products or a refund within a maximum time period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following their receipt. No right for a refund or change exists once the abovementioned period has expired.
The return of the products is carried out at your own risk, using a courier cooperating with our Company and you are not burdened with transport and insurance costs.
To qualify for the return or replacement of a product, the following conditions must cumulatively be met:
a. The product to be in its original condition, undamaged and unused within its packaging.
b. To have been received, checked and approved by the Company.
C. To be necessarily accompanied with the original receipt and/or the gift receipt that accompanies it, showing the code of the item and the date of purchase.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
The product return procedure is simple and is carried out as follows:
Within the abovementioned time period, you should inform the Company by email at email@example.com indicating your full name and your order number, of the reasons for which you wish to return the product as well as whether you wish to replace it or be refunded.
Within the next two (2) business days the appropriate “refund” or “product change” form will be sent to you by email, which you will fill in and send it back to firstname.lastname@example.org. Subsequently, and after consultation with you, the Company will send the courier company cooperating therewith in order to receive the product or products to be returned.
Upon receipt of the product from the Company, a detailed inspection will be carried out and, if no problems are found regarding its condition, packaging or documents, an email will be sent as regards the acceptance of your request.
In case the above conditions are met and there is a request for a “refund in cash”, you will be refunded the price you have paid. Shipping costs are not refundable. The way your money will be refunded depends on the payment method you have selected. If the payment is made by credit card, the money will be refunded with cancellation of the relevant charge. If the payment is made by cash-on-delivery or the amount was transferred in the Company’s bank account, the money will be returned by depositing same to your personal bank account, whose details (Bank name, IBAN, Account holder etc.) will be indicated by email at email@example.com within fourteen (14) business days as of the day following the receipt of your request for return of the product or products.
If there is a request to change your product, the new product will be sent to you. Changing products you have already changed is not allowed.
