We created a hybrid space in the center of Athens in a vibrant, multi-coloured neighborhood, surrounded by aromas and spices. A space that functions as a wine warehouse, an office, and a meeting point for wine lovers.

The Space

The space is an old warehouse, one of many typically found in the neighborhood of Psyrri. A complete renovation was carried out in 2021 by PONI Architects, giving it its current industrial character.

Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a striking marble table that comfortably seats ten, designed to host our dinners and tastings. Beyond this, a living room unfolds, surrounded by shelves brimming with wine bottles and cases, evoking warmth and understated sophistication.

The fully equipped kitchen is located at the back, allowing chefs to work discreetly on our signature dinners. A small loft area serves as a secondary office, blending practicality with elegance.

The design team aimed to create a timeless, distraction-free setting, a place without boundaries.

In this exclusive setting, we offer tailor-made wine tasting experiences for groups of up to 12 guests. Enjoy a 1.5-hour presentation of the Vassaltis Vineyards portfolio, with the option to focus solely on the wines or elevate the experience with a curated selection of amuse-bouches.
