A hybrid space 

We created a hybrid space in the center of Athens. In a multi-colour neighbourhood surrounded by aromas and spicies. A space that function as a wine warehouse, an office, a meeting point for wine lovers!

The Space

The space is an old warehouse, one of many that can be typically found in the neighborhood of Psurri. A complete renovation was carried out in 2021 by PONI Architects ,to give it the current industrial look.

Upon entering, guests are greeted by a striking marble table that comfortably seats 10 to host our dinners and tastings. Beyond this, there is a living room, surrounded by shelves brimming with wine bottles and cases, evoking warmth and sophistication. 

The fully equipped kitchen is located in the back, to allow chefs to works discreetly on our signature diners. A small loft area serves as a secondary office, blending practicality with elegance.

The design team aimed to create the most timeless, distraction-free venue it could imagine: a space without boundaries.

What we do 

1. Wine tastings 
A touch from Santorini.

In this exclusive space, we offer tailor-made wine tasting experiences for groups of up to 12 people. Guests can enjoy a 1.5-hour presentation of Vassaltis Vineyards wine portfolio, with options to focus solely on the wines or elevate the experience by pairing them with a selection of amuse-bouche.

Each tasting is designed to suit your preferences, making it a truly personalized journey into the world of our wines

2. Wine gatherings 
A speakeasy meeting point.

Our space is also available for private wine gatherings, perfect for wine enthusiasts and collectors.

You can bring your own wines or choose to explore the Vassaltis Vineyards portfolio withthe assistance of our knowledgeable staff. With the perfect glasses and decanters  available to ensure maximum enjoyment of the wines, the venue creates the perfect atmosphere to savor and celebrate your passion for wine.

3. Wine dinners 
Wine, art, and passion were our inspiration to design this iconic piece.

We offer private wine dinners, crafted by our chef to suit your tastes and preferences. Ideal for professional gatherings or intimate meals with friends, the space provides a quiet, exclusive setting for up to 10 guests. The menu is tailored in collaboration with you and paired perfectly with our wines. Our dedicated staff will be there to serve and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
