Our lunch pairing menu includes three courses meant to be share* paired with a tasting (75ml) of three of our wines. Offered daily, this gastronomic tour will show off the best of Santorini flavors. You may find that it even whets your appetite to follow it with one of our full wine tasting experiences!

A five-course dinner tasting menu 85€ p.p

Vassaltis is also open for dinner service for one special sitting, from 20.00-22.00 every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Enjoy a five-course dinner tasting menu while taking in the night views of the stars and sea from Vassaltis’s dining room.

You can choose to add a wine pairing to the meal (+35/55€), and/or order a glass from our wine list!

THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE

Winery Tour, a four-course lunch menu paired with four wines 90€ p.p

With our Whole Experience option, you will get to know two sides of Vassaltis. First, walk around with our sommeliers and bring your questions about Vassaltis, about our wines, winemaking on Santorini; or relax as they share their own Vassaltis experience. Then, learn about the flavors we offer with a four-course lunch paired with four different wines.

					  My wife and I enjoyed the degustation menu which was recommended by Artemis  the hospitality manager.  Rafaela was our sever/sommelier and she guided us through the  pairings... read more for what was a delicious  4 course lunch.  Then we proceeded to try 2 other whites and a desert wine in addition to the original package. The tasting room was very nice and you have a view of the ocean on the non-caldera side of the island.  The food was excellent , perhaps the best meal we had in Santorini.  The winery is  an approximate 15 minute drive from zoos so in total an approximate 3-3 1/2 hour experience that I would highly recommend.
